2014 Vaughn College Transformed Gala

Honoring Dr. John C. Fitzpatrick who will be retiring after 17 years and welcoming Dr. Sharon B. DeVivo, the first woman to hold the position of President.

The Vaughn Transformed Gala celebrated the completion of a nearly $40 million renovation of the campus and the retirement of the College’s sixth president, Dr. John C. Fitzpatrick, a visionary leader, who forged a new path for this institution in 1997 and lead our community for more than 17 years. His accomplishments include an impressive list of firsts. First engineering program. First graduate program. First residence hall. And the list goes on as the institution has attained new heights. His mark on Vaughn College is indelible.

The Gala, the first in Vaughn College’s history raised $100,000 for scholarships and institutional priorities.
