Vaughn College’s Office of Institutional Advancement and Engagement works closely with the Vaughn Alumni Ambassador Council (VAAC) to create an environment in which alumni, their parents, students and friends can become—and stay—connected to the College while supporting Vaughn’s vision and mission, both voluntarily and philanthropically. The VAAC is a leading voice in sharing the accomplishments of Vaughn’s students, faculty and staff.
The council engages alumni through programs on- and off- campus that expand and strengthen connections between graduates and their alma mater. New students are welcomed by this group as they enter Vaughn, supported during their academic journey and assisted in the next phase of their professional lives after commencement.
As a graduate or certificate holder from Vaughn College, you are considered a part of the Alumni Association. There are many ways alumni can stay active and involved with the Vaughn community: you can share your expertise as a guest speaker in our Industry Insights Speaker Series, volunteer in the classroom, mentor a current student, participate in career fairs and employer engagement events or open your organization’s doors for internships and co-ops.
As a member of the VAAC, you can volunteer to help with fundraising, events, alumni engagement, career mentorship and strategic initiatives that shape the future of the College.

The Student Experience Fund sends Vaughn students to national competitions, conferences and professional events where careers are launched and industry connections are made.
The Student Emergency Relief Fund provides one-time grants to students facing financial hardship, helping them stay enrolled and rise above.
Donate professional-grade equipment directly to Vaughn’s labs, simulators and workshops to ensure students train on the tools they’ll use on day one of their careers. You can also donate your out-of-service aircraft and get a tax deduction. Vaughn College alumni have access to a range of ongoing resources and services, including lifetime career placement support through the Office of Career Services, continuing education programs, alumni events, and the Vaughn College Alumni Association (VAAC). Alumni can connect with job opportunities through Career Services, reconnect with classmates through the Alumni Association, and support the next generation of Vaughn graduates through the Fund for Vaughn College.
Yes. Vaughn College’s Office of Career Services provides long-term support to alumni, including career counseling, application and interview guidance, and access to Handshake—a private job board where alumni can post resumes and apply for positions. Alumni also have access to career fairs and employer engagement events on campus.
Vaughn College has authorized Parchment to handle transcript requests. Transcripts cost $10 each for undergraduate or graduate records and are processed within one to two business days. Follow these directions to place a transcript request.
