The Vaughn College Warriors scored their second win in three games Tuesday night, defeating Webb Institute 79-30 in Glen Cove, N.Y.

The Warriors raced to an 18-6 lead keyed by defense.  They produced 19 steals, five by freshman point guard Rupy Avila.

Vaughn had four players score in double figures, led by freshman Al-Ameen Kabba, who had 16 points on 8-for-8 shooting. Kabba also contributed three rebounds, two steals and three assists.

Freshman Joe Douglas had 16 points, two steals and two assists. The Warriors face Hudson Valley Athletic Conference rival Sarah Lawrence College on Sunday (Nov. 14) at 2 p.m.
