On Thursday, September 28 the office of career services hosted its fall career fair.  More than 55 employers from airlines, airports, design and manufacturing firms and more gathered in the hangar to network with more than 300 Vaughn students.  Attendees had the opportunity to meet with employers and learn about internship and job opportunities.

“This is a great way for the students to see what job opportunities are available and to see what employers are looking for in potential hires,” said Jessica Caron, associate director of career services.

Vaughn’s Career fairs are a testament to the College’s commitment to student success. Ninety-eight percent of Vaughn graduates are employed or continuing their education within one year, eighty-one percent in a related field.

“The Vaughn pilots we’ve worked with are always highly trained,” said Levi Carroll, pilot pathway recruiter for Cape Air. “Cape Air has a good relationship with the College, which is why we were thrilled when we recently established an official partnership.”

The office of career services will hold their fall internship fair on Thursday, November 16 and the spring career fair on Thursday, April 5, 2018.
