Vaughn College held its annual spring club fair on Tuesday, January 31 in the Main Lobby. Students filled in between classes to learn more about student leadership opportunities and extracurricular activities.

The robotics club came to the fair after a weekend of competitions in the College’s hangar.

“We always welcome new members to our club. A lot of our club members are a part of the official team, so you get the chance to learn a lot.” said Christina DeLuca ’20.

Circle K International, American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) and Student Government Association are a few of the opportunities that students have to help supplement their educational experience.

“Vaughn’s student community is enriched by the clubs and organizations that are on campus,” said Kathy Deaner, interim vice president of student affairs. “It enhances their academic experience and builds a more active community on campus.”

Other clubs in attendance are Vaughn Student Computer-Aided Design and Innovation (CADI), Society of Women Engineers – Vaughn Student Chapter (SWE), Vaughn Veterans Organization (VVO), Women in Aviation, International – Vaughn Student Chapter (WAI), National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE).
