Beginning Tuesday, August 11, Vaughn College held the first of two new student orientation sessions.  Each two-day session granted incoming students the opportunity to become acclimated to the campus while meeting fellow classmates. Most importantly, new student orientation assists students in transitioning into their first-year at Vaughn.

Hosted by the office of student affairs, the program introduced students to the student affairs staff and their role in the college experience at Vaughn.   The students also participated in group sessions with department chairs and professors to gain information about their program and build relationships before starting the fall semester.  Students were also given important information about the academic programs, residence hall, clubs and campus events.

Fall classes begin on Tuesday, September 1.
