On Thursday, March 1 the Vaughn College office of career services hosted its graduate school fair. There were 18 colleges representatives that filled the main lobby in order to speak with Vaughn students. The graduate school fair is a great way for students to meet and get information from counselors on education opportunities.

“This was one of the most organized school fair events we’ve had,” said Philip Meade, executive director of career services. “This is a great way for the students to see what opportunities are available and to see where they would like to continue their studies.”

David Arez II ’13, a former Vaughn student, now works for John Jay College of Criminal Justice as an admissions counsler.

“I remember coming to events like these and how helpful they were, and it’s great to come full circle and offer support to current students,” said David. “Even though the facilities have changed, the quality of a Vaughn education is still the same.”
