Vaughn College was recently featured in a segment on NBC’s “New York Live,” a daytime show that highlights events and lifestyles in the New York Area. Host Sara Gilbert toured the campus, while Vaughn’s President Dr. Sharon B. DeVivo illustrated what makes a degree from Vaughn College stand out to employers.

“Within one year, 92% of our students are either in graduate school or in their field, with very nice salaries,” DeVivo said. “And you don’t have to go into aviation; you can go into mining, you can go into pharmaceuticals. Engineering has applications across all different industries.”

Following the tour, Gore took a ride in one of Vaughn’s flight simulators, accompanied by Tevin Goodridge ’15, a Vaughn student and licensed pilot.
