The Vaughn College Management Department’s speaker series continued with Lisa Anderson Spencer who spoke to students in room E101 on Friday, March 17. Her “Risk Aviation and Mitigation” presentation detailed experiences in recognizing and mitigating flight risks.

Lisa heads the Aviation Risk Management Office (ARMO), the first United Nations office focused on the safety of UN personnel traveling by air. Her office also manages the global implementation of the UN’s very first air travel policy, dedicated to safety.”

“What Lisa does is important in the aviation industry and shows our students how to carve their own paths in their careers,” said Dr. Maxine Lubner.
