The engineering and technology department hosted its first guest speaker Vaughn alumnus Nick Visciotti ’93 on Tuesday, October 12. Visciotti has a background in aerospace, aircraft and mechanical engineering and currently works as a team lead for CYIENT.

He addressed students on engine efficiency and modern improvements with a presentation titled “Aviation Engine and Engineering Trends,” gave advice on life after college and work ethic.

“As engineers you have to be disciplined enough to manage the workload,” said Visciotti. “Plan ahead, time management is key and look for ways to improve the current process.”
