The management and admissions hosted six soldiers from the Colombian Army to participate in the accident investigation course. The group traveled from the Bogota headquarters to East Elmhurst to take part in the FLT383 course that normally spans a semester, into two weeks. The group arrived Sunday, March 4 and stayed until Friday, March 16.

The hybrid aviation accident investigation covered human factors, mechanical, environmental and security issues. National Transportation Safety Board and other government and industry organizations will be provided.

The Colombian representatives were pleased with the course and intend to send another team coming in the summer. The team was able to sightsee in New York City and stayed in the residence hall during their stay.
