Donald Jimmo joined Vaughn College in February 2015. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Emmanuel College and a master’s degree in teaching english to speakers of other languages from Hunter College. In 2008, he received his teaching certification in New York. Mr. Jimmo has been teaching ESL, Developmental English, College English I & II, Business Communication and Technical Writing. Well versed in strategies that help students succeed, he has taught in public schools, at the Long Island Business Institute and New York University. Mr. Jimmo’s interests include working with students of all levels and backgrounds and helping students improve their writing skills to become successful in college and in their prospective career fields.
