Degrees will be conferred for graduates IN PERSON to commemorate this milestone achievement. The Honorary Degree Recipient and Commencement speaker, is Donovan Richards, The Borough President of Queens AND A VAUGHN COLLEGE ALUMNUS! Graduates will be permitted three guests each. All COVID protocols will be in effect, including masks for everyone.
