Vaughn College develops career pathways with our employer partners within aerospace, engineering and transportation. These partnerships establish connections that help students secure employment while assisting with the cost of education. Career pathways can be internships, apprenticeships or employment opportunities that provide hands-on training for students. We currently offer pathways in our aircraft operations (flight) and aviation maintenance programs.

Host an information session for Vaughn College students to introduce your company’s brand, culture and available career paths. Employer Engagement Days give organizations a direct platform to describe employment opportunities to prospective candidates, on campus or virtually.

Invite Vaughn College students to tour your facility and see your industry in action. Site visits give students an authentic, hands-on look at a profession while building interpersonal and communication skills alongside working professionals. Join a Vaughn College Industry Advisory Council alongside respected leaders from the aerospace and transportation industries. The Industry Advisory Council’s role is to provide leadership, curriculum oversight and industry insights—ensuring that Vaughn College remains a top-ranking aviation industry school.

Vaughn College’s Career and Internship Fairs connect employers directly with students and alumni pursuing full-time, part-time, and internship roles in aviation, engineering, management and transportation. Recent fairs have drawn more than 300 students and 70 participating companies, making it a high-impact opportunity to build your organization’s presence on campus.

Share your industry experience with Vaughn College students and faculty through the Engineering and Management Speaker Series. Employer Talks raise your organization’s visibility on campus while giving students valuable networking opportunities and real-world industry insight. These sessions can be delivered virtually or in-person at Vaughn.

Career services hosts 15 workshops each semester covering topics from resume development to salary negotiations. Employer partners are invited to co-facilitate these workshops, offering an industry perspective while promoting open opportunities directly to students.
