Vaughn College Hosts 32 Employer Partners for Spring Career Fair
On Friday, April 10, Vaughn College hosted its annual spring career fair. Thirty-two employer partners visited campus to speak to Vaughn students and alumni about internships and full-time positions across aviation, engineering, management and technology fields. Nearly 200 students attended to network and learn about future career opportunities.
Ananya Sharma ’24 attended the fair representing her employer John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFKIAT) Terminal 4. Sharma found employment during a career fair while studying airport management at the College. She returned to campus to support JFKIAT in the talent finding process.
“At JFKIAT, I have seen a lot of Vaughn alumni. Vaughn has a special relationship with the aviation industry and prepares students in a way that helps them transition from college life to the workforce.” said Sharma, when asked what makes Vaughn College students stand out amongst other applicants.
The office of career services will hold its next career fair in the fall semester. In the meantime, current students can sign up for Handshake here to learn about upcoming opportunities.
