WHAT YOU'LL STUDY

Students will take courses in economics, corporate accounting, business communications and strategic management. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to work with a faculty adviser to use the 30 elective credits to design a coherent concentration in an area other than airport management, airline management and aviation maintenance management. A student might select courses in aeronautical engineering technology to fashion a concentration in technology management. This flexibility gives students the ability to choose the specialized course of study they want. They can also take advantage of credits earned at other institutions.

The goal of our management degree curriculum is to expose students to all of the fundamentals of business, while also expanding their knowledge and providing them with hands-on experience. Giving students the opportunity to work one-on-one with a mentor for their concentration allows them to focus on a specific area of interest. Many students use these projects to get interviews, and ultimately land professional positions.
