Sandra Buatti-RamosInternship and Career Adviser, Career Services
Sandra serves as Vaughn College’s internship and career adviser, providing holistic guidance and support to students throughout their career development endeavors. She is committed to promoting social mobility and equipping students with the competencies required to ascend the social and financial strata of modern society. As a certified MBTI® Global Step I™ and Step II™ and Strong Interest Inventory™ practitioner, she works with students to identify personality type preferences, provide individual feedback, foster the development of interpersonal, collaboration, leadership, communication, and other core skills, and match students’ interests with potential educational, career, and leisure activities. Sandra oversees and instructs the career development course, and currently serves on the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE). Sandra holds a master’s degree in higher education administration from Stony Brook University, a master’s degree in communication from the University at Albany, and a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from SUNY Oneonta.
