Vaughn College provides institutional cybersecurity resources designed to support safe and secure technology use, including:
- Information technology security resources outlining institutional policies, procedures and protections
- Cybersecurity awareness guidance for students, faculty and staff, including best practices for password management, data protection and responsible system use

In addition, students have access to industry-aligned learning platforms through Vaughn College’s participation in Cisco Networking Academy, AWS Academy, and Oracle Academy. These platforms support hands-on learning in networking, cloud computing, data systems, and security fundamentals, reinforcing practical skills aligned with industry standards and workforce expectations.
The Cybersecurity and Cyber Defense Center also connects students to external cybersecurity initiatives and competition opportunities as they become available, including curated resources from national cybersecurity education and training organizations.
