Option 1: Expand the "Scope" of Your Mind: Get your hands on the latest "in flight" control systems for aircraft navigation, communications, radar and automatic flight control. Option 2: Engineer Your Part: Design what could become a component in the next weather satellite or super-engine using CATIA-V, the gold standard in design software. (Limit: 10 students) Option 3: Step onto the Flight Deck: Take the pilot's seat in a brand-new Redbird or FRASCA Flight Simulator. Take off, land – and more. (Limit: 15 students) Option 4: Tower Traffic ON THE AIR: Hear air traffic controllers in action as you watch an aircraft land from our three-story observation tower across from LaGuardia Airport. (Limit: 20 students) Option 5: Fuel up the Jets: Be blown away as you control two of Vaughn's state-of-the-art jet fuel injection systems. Option 6: On the Line: Use our mechatronics system lab's 3D simulation software to design a flexible robotics assembly line and see your line come to life. Option 7: Animation Station: Experience the 3D computer graphics and visual effects technology used in your favorite movies and video games.
