Warriors Improve With Win Over Culinary

Led by Jihad Ceaser and Ryan Burchette, the Vaughn College Warriors improved to 5-9 overall with a 72-54 win over the Culinary Institute of America on Sunday (Jan. 8).
The win came in the Warriors' Hudson Valley Men's Athletic Conference opener. Vaughn led 35-27 at halftime and was even more dominant after intermission.
Ceaser scored 18 points and added eight rebounds while Burchette had 17 points and six rebounds. Jagdeep Singh scored 12 points and Jason Ramos added 10.
The Warriors connected on 40 percent of their field-goal attempts, including 36 percent from three-point range.
