Dr. Maxine Lubner, chair of Vaughn College's aviation and management departments, shared insights with Channel 7 Eyewitness News journalist Tim Fleischer in a report that aired on the Wednesday, March 28 newscast.
Dr. Lubner, an expert in aviation psychology and safety, was among the featured speakers in Fleischer's report that focused on the actions of JetBlue passengers when faced with the erratic behavior of their pilot on a recent flight. Watch the video here.
