Vaughn College Remembers Instructor, Alumnus Samuel Moceri

The Vaughn College community recalls fondly the contributions of alumnus and Aviation Training Institute faculty member Samuel Moceri, who died March 21 at age 76.
Born April 11, 1934 in Gloucester, Mass., Moceri graduated from Gloucester High School, East Coast Aero Tech and the College of Aeronautics. He served three years in the Marine Corps, then worked for 10 years with American Airlines and was an aviation training instructor at Vaughn for 25 years as well as a designated mechanical examiner for the Federal Aviation Administration.
Moceri, of Levittown, on Long Island, is survived by his wife, Mary, and three children, Mary Ann, Samuel Jr. and Maureen, and their families.
