February 22, 2011

Three Vaughn College Warriors have been named to the Hudson Valley Men's Athletic Conference's 2010-2011 All-Conference team.

In selections announced February 21, guard Jihad Ceaser, forward Al-Ameen Kabba and center Mahdi Macbahi were among 13 players honored by the HVMAC. The three were among the Warriors' best and hardest-working players.

"It's a well-deserved honor for all three," Warriors coach Amy Mulligan said. "They all worked very hard and gave it everything they had."

Ceaser, a sophomore from Hempstead, N.Y. averaged 11 points, four rebounds and three assists this season. Kabba, a sophomore from Queens, N.Y., averaged 10 points and seven rebounds while Macbahi, a junior from Long Island City, N.Y., posted 14 points and nine rebounds.
