Tanya Solivan came to Vaughn in 2005 as a part-time payroll clerk. Since then, her job has evolved into a gainful career in human resources. "Vaughn College has definitely given me the opportunity to grow and work in an enjoyable environment," she says. As the payroll and benefits manager, the staff and faculty at Vaughn depend on her expertise of taxes, payroll systems, labor regulations, benefits programs and procedures, and employee orientations. She is also a staff instructor teaching career development and freshman year seminars.
