Dr. Peter Canellis
Professor
Management
Dr. Peter Canellis brings an abundance of management experience to Vaughn College.
Dr. Canellis previously worked as a consultant for Expeditors International, served as vice president of logistics and market development for GEN Logistics Systems, a provider of E-commerce services to the trucking industry, and is a senior consultant for transportation and logistics at GE Information Services (GEIS), where he has developed e-commerce strategies for port shipping communities in Latin America.
Dr. Canellis was an adjunct professor of transportation and logistics at the State University of New York (SUNY) Maritime College. He is also a frequent guest lecturer at the United States Merchant Marine Academy and a former adjunct at Fordham University, where he taught operations management, supply chain management and statistics.
