Dorothy Martin is many things to many people. Her position as Vaughn College director of financial aid means she acts a parent, counselor and mentor to the College's 1,500-plus students. Martin, who has worked at a handful of colleges over 20-plus years, supervises several financial aid counselors and specializes in helping students and parents navigate the often labyrinthine world of college financial assistance.
